Frances Richardson wins Award with CC
Artist and designer, Frances Richardson has won the Chiara Williams SOLO Award for 2017.
Her work includes a sculptural piece based at CCHQ in Pontypridd. The sculpture it is one of an ongoing series of objects made on location.
